Develop Your Intuition I – How Energy Flows

This class meets once per week for 4 consecutive weeks. These classes are EXPERIENTIAL and TRANSFORMATIONAL. This means an exercise will be given out during each class. We will practice the exercise and discuss your results during class. The class is taught energetically - there is a specific intention set for each person to go through a transformation – which will change your energy at a deep level. The goal is to help each person develop a practical set of skills they can use to help them move forward in life.

Class 1 Listening to the Silence Within

Finding YourselfThe first step in developing intuitive abilities is finding and feeling your own energy. We will practice an exercise which explores how to sense your own energy in class. This will help ground you in who you are so that you can become more aware and sensitive to the energy outside yourself.

Class 2 Exploring Energy in the Physical World

Everything in the world is made of energy and we will explore and sense this during this class. It’s time to talk to stones, to trees and begin to sense the world around you in a way you may never have before. Hopefully this gives you a new sense of wonder and awe about the living world that is also eager to connect with and communicate with you as well.

Class 3 The Energy of People

This class focuses on the energy of other people. We will explore how to sense energy from others, while also maintaining our own separate identity and not losing ourselves in others. Practicing this skill of connecting and separating with people at will is vital for anyone who wants to open their energy and connect more with other people.

Class 4 Connecting With Your Source

This class is about connecting to the Source from which your energy flows, your sprit guides and other energy sources outside yourself. We will set up a meeting place where you can reliably connect with your guides and feel how you are connected to the energy of the universe at large.
