About Louise Smith

I believe each person’s spiritual development is unique, and ultimately it is your own journey to reconnect with your internal self that provides true healing and freedom. My goal is to empower you to reconnect with your inner self and remember who you really are. I do this through spirit guidance sessions, where I help bring clarity and insight when people are blocked in their intuition.

I also teach spirit-led law of attraction classes. In these classes I help people connect with spirit guides, become part of a community, and share practical tools to help people become conscious creators of their own lives.

More About My Journey

Born into a Scottish family in Britain, I moved with my parents to Hong Kong when I was two years old. When I was a teenager I moved back to Scotland, and then to America in my 20’s. I loved experiencing so many different cultures, because it opened my eyes to the diversity of human expression in the world.

I had a near-death experience as a young child. During this I left my body and experienced myself as a conscious being within a sphere of light. I met two of my spirit guides, who I also perceived as spheres of light. I was given information about my future life and about the nature of existence. Because I was so young, I did not receive this information in words. Instead, it was a knowing or remembering of who I really am.

Human words can never accurately describe what I was shown, but the following is some of what I remembered during the experience. I knew that we are all infinitely older than our birth years. I knew that birth is not the beginning, and death is not the end. I knew that the body is a very temporary vehicle for our energy. I knew that we are all immensely powerful creators. I knew that our lives on earth are guided by many ancestors, spirits and beings. I knew time and space do not exist in the way we think they do.

When I came back into my physical body, I could still see my spirit guides, and they helped guide me through my younger years. Because I was a child when this happened, I did not have words for what I had experienced, so I did not share the experience with anyone.

After I turned 12 years old, my mother died of lung cancer. Even though I knew what it was like to exist as consciousness outside a physical body, I did not live in a culture where existence beyond death was recognized, so it took me many years to connect with my mother as a spiritual being again. When I did connect with her, it helped reinforce my connection beyond the physical realm and helped me understand the energetic nature of human consciousness with even more clarity.

I grew up in a culture where beliefs about life, death, time and space conflicted with my personal experience. I felt a lot of shame for believing in things my culture considered foolish, so I adjusted to the modern western world and forgot about my guides for a while.

Attempting to forget my internal knowledge caused me a lot of pain over time. I did not believe the world had a place for my knowledge and who I was. I tried to ‘fit in’ and be like other people, which I was not very good at, and it was not a lot of fun.

In my 30’s my inner self had enough of being contained and my awareness became more prominent than usual. I started knowing things more accurately than before, and they were no longer things I could explain away. I started having prophetic dreams, seeing energy, and meeting my guides in my dreams.

One day I received an unsolicited phone call from a monk in Tibet. I did not know this person, but he told me information about my life which I had not shared with anyone. He encouraged me to teach energy work to others. He told me that my phone number had been shown to two separate people, during a meditation in a workshop he was teaching in Tibet.

From that unexpected phone call, I learned that no matter how alone or separate I felt, that the universe saw me and cared about me. It was humbling to know that someone on the other side of the world cared about what I was experiencing. It helped me remember that the separateness we feel as humans is only an illusion.

I began meditation and developed a closer relationship with my guides again. In one meditation, my mother appeared to me as a sphere of light. I knew it was her because I could feel her energy and her essence. She shared a powerful message with me, “don’t be afraid of who you are.”

I explored different avenues of self-healing while journeying back to my true self. The most helpful of these was reconnecting with my spirit guides, as well as reading about the law of attraction through the Seth books and the Abraham-Hicks material. I had forgotten that I was a creator, and I had forgotten that my thoughts created reality.

As I learned about law of attraction and became more aware of my focus and energy, relationships came into my life I could not have dreamed of previously, and the universe started delivering what I asked for more often. Most importantly, joy and love returned to my life.

Now my passion is helping other people connect with their true self and teaching law of attraction. I have added my own, unique perspective to the law of attraction, and now teach what I call spirit-based law of attraction. I love to help others remember who they really are, and realize they are timeless, powerful creators, fully capable of creating the life they want to live.

It takes courage to wake up to who you really are and be a unique individual in the world. My hope is that anyone I encounter will develop a greater understanding of the power of their being and a deeper love for their true self.
